Daniel was amazing at customer service she went above and beyond. On welcoming new clients and her smile is amazing, I feel happy and excited when she is working,
The location was great. The front desk people were very nice. One of the housekeepers was very friendly and had a smile on her face. A different housekeeper went into our room before check out time and before we had turned in our door card opener and stripped the sheets while we were still packing our things up. Making my wife concerned we may have left something and getting her out of her routine for packing things up in our travels. The rooms themselves were a decent value. Some of the guests (seemingly longer term?) while we were there partied late at night with drinking outside the rooms and loud music from their vehicles. Maybe it’s best to keep the partying to their rooms? Overall the vast majority of the staff was very friendly. The rooms were updated to a decent standard for the price, and the location is fantastic. Some of the other guests of the hotel made our experience less than desired, but maybe that’s not a long term thing and future travelers will have a better experience regarding noise outside the rooms.
The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. No bugs. However wear house shoes or slippers because my white socks weren't so white.
Lobby was very nice. Very open space. Staff was very nice despite us coming in a mess after a long road trip. Allowed my friend to use the bathroom while I checked in as they desperately needed a bathroom break after driving. Our room was easy to access. Plenty of parking spaces close to the room. No noise complaints. Cheaper pricing than the surrounding area.
This is a great hotel if ur looking for something affordable n kinda hidden. Rooms are always clean. Danielle at the front desk is a sweetheart and willing to do what she can to help ya out and get ya in a room!
Very nice motel been staying here for a few weeks now waiting for my apartment to be ready. Clean rooms. Nice and quiet. I’m Able to get clean towels everyday from housekeeping. No complaints. Andrew at the front desk is super sweet and nice (love him) Georgina is very nice as well. Internet works really good. Motel is close to everything I need.
Georgianna needs a raise and promotion. My brother was stranded in Columbus because thebgreyhound bus purposely dropped him off at the wrong location knowing the downtown location is not available for use per some of the locals. He waited hours to have us help him. I was so grateful that she was very patient with us as we had been up for 36 hours trying to get him to Atlanta. He just wanted to shower and sleep. We'll she helped him check in and allow him to rest so we can help him again tomorrow. Thanks so much
Danielle is one of the nicest staff here she greets us everyone morning she makes sure we have the things we need. Love love her. Such a sweetheart here at the motel 6.
